Neurology, Psychiatry, and Neuromuscular Medicine.
Our office participates in the following insurance plans; however, given that there are many variations of each policy, we request that the patient first check with his/her insurance carrier to verify coverage so as to avoid having to carry the financial burden of treatment directly.
