Licensed in Illinois with 15 years of clinical work experience, Heather has assisted patients who are dealing with stress and anxiety, life changes, depression, coping with grief and loss, issues with sleep, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, as well as trauma and psychosis.
She advocates for healing in all areas of her patient's lives. Meeting patients where they are at and helping them with what is next. She believes that every person is an expert in their own story and they have many strengths that assist them in overcoming obstacles that challenge them.
