Emily Lock has over twenty years of experience working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Clinical Counselor within the Racine community. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Alverno College in Community Leadership and Development, as well as a Masters Degree from Loyola University in Social Work, with an emphasis on working with children and families.

Emily has served in many roles over the years, such as Network Coordinator, Service Coordinator, and Clinical Therapist to local organizations, and has been active in volunteering within the local community.

Emily practices using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Systems and has specializations in Internal Family Systems and Internal Family Systems. Emily is passionate about serving anyone in need with dignity, respect, and compassion.

She practices, advocating for mental health and wellness, providing education and a tailored and holistic approach to support individuals and families while promoting whole health and wellness.

My name is Erica Delgado. I am a bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) licensed social worker. I have experience working with families, adults, and children from the ages of 10-75 years. As a therapist, I love providing support in an empathetic and authentic way.

I specialize in working with clients who may be facing challenges with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, DV, grief, cultural issues, and trauma. I am certified as an anxiety and OCD-informed professional and support the client with the treatment of CBT-Exposure and Response Prevention. I also utilize therapy models such as DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation. Many of my sessions are focused on treating trauma and as a therapist, I have been trained in FLASH Four Blinks. This strategy is understood initially as an EMDR resource to lower or resolve memories by using this approach.

Group therapy is an important part of growing and working through issues. I do one-hour dance/mindfulness groups on Fridays which facilitate the patient in working through anxiety through the use of movement.
 
Entering therapy is a big decision. Clients share a vulnerable and personal part of themselves, which is a sign of personal strength. Picking the right professional to assist in guiding them toward self-actualization is another. My goal is to help you achieve yours.

Ann Fulk, LSW, received a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and received her Master’s in Social Work at Loyola University of Chicago. Ann specializes in Impulse-Control, Conduct Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive disorders, and Trauma/Stress-related disorders. 

Ann is passionate about the topics of social and cultural justice, coping with chronic pain, LGBTQ+, and women's studies. 

Michael Moore has been a practicing LPC for ten years. He has much experience working in settings of substance abuse treatment centers, domestic violence counseling agencies, both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, and now, the private practice of A Ray of Hope: Great Lakes Institute of Neurology and Psychiatry.
 
His passion for counseling is present from the moment that a client enters his office until the time they leave. When clients meet Michael, they are instantly assured they are in a safe and non-judgmental environment that allows them to process thoughts and feelings. This ultimately creates great discord regarding the patient's mental health.
 
Michael's primary focus on the treatment population is personality disorders, LGBTQIA+, domestic violence, and substance abuse. As well as clients who struggle with issues with mood and anxiety. He is a certified DBT counselor, however, his approach to counseling is very eclectic. Due to personalizing his approach to each one of his clients. He is also trained in DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy to deliver his clients the best possible care.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional well-being. With a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University and over 5 years of experience working in an inpatient behavioral health department, I am dedicated to providing support and guidance to help you live your best life. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning skills, OCD, relationship issues, and processing grief & loss. 

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning that I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and change negative thought patterns, Motivational Interviewing to enhance motivation for positive change, and Mindfulness techniques to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation.

I am passionate about working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ communities. I celebrate the importance of cultural sensitivity and strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all clients.

Danica Malo is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), with a Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling from Argosy University, Chicago.

Danica has experience in working with adults and older adults addressing concerns including self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, depression, and anxiety.
