Paku Thor, PMHNP-BC, is one of our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners at A Ray of Hope, working at our Kenosha location. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. She has experience working with adult and geriatric populations across hospitals, clinics, and nursing home settings with a strong foundation in ICU and hospice nursing. Paku brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to psychiatric care.
Paku evaluates and treats a wide range of mental health symptoms, focusing on medication management and therapeutic communication. Her primary goal is to create personalized treatment plans through shared decision-making, ensuring that patients feel empowered, understood, and confident throughout their mental health journey. She finds deep fulfillment in listening to her patients and being someone they can truly feel heard by. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, laughing, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Shane graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago with a masters in Physician Assistant Studies. He received his undergraduate degree in Human Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of California San Diego. He pursued a career in research and biotech before switching to healthcare. He gained experience as an EMT and EKG tech before becoming a PA.
Dr. Olga Koslova, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with a special qualification in Child Neurology. She earned her medical degree from St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy in Russia and completed her Adult and Pediatric Neurology training at the State University of New York in Brooklyn. She also completed a Neurophysiology Fellowship, gaining expertise in both adult and pediatric electrophysiologic studies.
Dr. Koslova is dedicated to providing comprehensive neurological care for patients of all ages—from children to older adults. She diagnoses and treats a wide range of neurological conditions, including epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, migraine, gait abnormalities, vestibular disorders, and neuromuscular diseases. In pediatric care, she specializes in treating headaches, developmental disorders, autism, ADHD, seizures, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy. Also offering neurophysiological testing, including EEG, nerve conduction studies, EMG, and sleep studies, many with same-day results. Dr. Koslova’s mission is to deliver advanced, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care with a personal touch for every patient and family she serves.
Dr. Vesna Pepic is a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Arizona. She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling and School Psychology from Northern Arizona University. Dr. Pepic offers services including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, ABA Parenting Training, and Social Skills training. Dr. Pepic specializes in the assessment and treatment of autism, OCD, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. Dr. Pepic also provides EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) psychotherapy for individuals who struggle with trauma and chronic PTSD. Dr. Pepic works with individuals aged 5 years old and has extensive training working with children, adolescents, and families.Specializing in therapy for children, adolescents, and families. With a compassionate and holistic approach, Dr. Pepic integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to address a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.Dr. Pepic has a deep expertise in trauma work, helping individuals and families recover from the impacts of PTSD, complex trauma, and other distressing experiences. Their therapeutic style is collaborative, empowering clients to build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where families can heal, grow together, and is dedicated to helping children or adolescents navigate difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma with confidence and hope.
