Psychometrist
Libertyville, IL & Phoenix, AZ

A Ray of Hope: Great Lakes Institute of Neurology & Psychiatry is looking for a part-time Psychometrist to join our growing team in Libertyville, IL, as well as Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment offering both psychiatric and neurological care under one roof. We’re one of the few private practices in the country that integrates evidence-based treatment across specialties.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible Schedule/Hours)

• Location: Libertyville, IL & Phoenix, AZ (with occasional work across multiple sites)

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited university

• Experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate who’s eager to learn and grow with us

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a passion for learning

Responsibilities:

• Administer and score neuropsychological and psychological assessments under licensed supervision

• Provide clean, reliable data to inform patient diagnosis and individualized treatment plans

• Work collaboratively with neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (Contractor)
Phoenix, AZ

Join our growing team in Phoenix! This is a great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in psychiatry and/or neurology to provide patient-centered care in a supportive and flexible environment.

A Ray of Hope is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Phoenix team as an independent contractor.

Position Details:

• Status: 1099 (Independent Contractor)

• Schedule: 2 days per week (flexible on which days)

• Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric and neurological evaluations for new and existing patients

• Provide medication management and treatment planning

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system

• Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NP or PA license in good standing (Arizona)

• Experience in psychiatry and/or neurology

• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working independently within a team-based model

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Libertyville, IL

Join our growing team in Libertyville! This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with neurology experience to provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

A Ray of Hope is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Libertyville team full-time.

Position Details:

• Status: Full Time (40 hours) – Salaried

• Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)

• Location: Libertyville, IL

• Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct neurological evaluations for new and existing patients

• Provide medication management and treatment planning

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system

• Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NP or PA license in good standing (Illinois)

• Neurology experience (5+ years preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working independently within a team-based model

• Familiarity with EMR systems
