A Ray of Hope: Great Lakes Institute of Neurology & Psychiatry is looking for a part-time Psychometrist to join our growing team in Libertyville, IL, as well as Phoenix, AZ. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited university

A Ray of Hope is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Phoenix team as an independent contractor.
Status: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
Schedule: 2 days per week (flexible on which days)
Start Date: Immediate
Conduct psychiatric and neurological evaluations for new and existing patients
Provide medication management and treatment planning
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system
Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
Active NP or PA license in good standing (Arizona)
Experience in psychiatry and/or neurology
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Comfortable working independently within a team-based model
Familiarity with EMR systems
