Dr. Lucy Rickspoone is a licensed clinical psychologist and a licensed marriage and family therapist. She specializes in working with families and couples, elderly clients, immigrants, and individuals on the Autism spectrum. Dr. Rickspoone believes that therapy can be helpful in improving one's relationships and quality of life through exploring helpful thought patterns and developing a positive approach to self and life. Dr. Rickspoone is fluent in Bulgarian. Dr. Rickspoone enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.

Dr. Vesna Pepic, Ph.D

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Vesna Pepic is a licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Arizona. She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling and School Psychology from Northern Arizona University. Dr. Pepic offers services including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, ABA Parenting Training, and Social Skills training. Dr. Pepic specializes in the assessment and treatment of autism, OCD, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. Dr. Pepic also provides EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) psychotherapy for individuals who struggle with trauma and chronic PTSD. Dr. Pepic works with individuals aged 5 years old and has extensive training working with children, adolescents, and families.
Dr. Shannon Winans, Ph.D

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Shannon Winans earned her doctorate in School and Counseling Psychology from Northern Arizona University in 2022 and completed her doctoral internship with the Kauai Department of Education. Dr. Winans specializes in providing therapy services for individuals and couples aged 17 and older, as well as psychoeducational assessments for children and adults aged 7 and older. With expertise in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Dr. Winans addresses a range of mental health concerns. Her areas of specialty include treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and related disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Dr. Winans is dedicated to helping clients create a valued and meaningful life, empowering them to navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.
Dr. Madison Pomden, Ph.D

Doctorate of Philosophy

Dr. Madison Pomden is from Colorado Springs, Colorado, but moved to the Pacific Northwest to get her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. After graduating in 2017, she moved to San Diego, CA, where she spent a year working with LGBTQIA+ folks in a drop-in center catered to LGBTQIA+ at-risk and homeless youth ages 13-21. In 2018, Madison once again packed up to move to the Chicago area to get her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.

Dr. Michelle Piasecki, Psy.D.

Dr. Michelle Piasecki earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Studio Art from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. After graduating in 2018, she pursued her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL, where she graduated in 2023. Dr. Piasecki received clinical training at various sites throughout the Chicagoland area, with a primary focus on working with children, adolescents, and their families. 
Dr. Hannah Paullin, Psy.D

Doctorate of School Psychology

Dr. Hannah Paullin earned her Psy.D. in School Psychology from The Chicago School. She completed training in school settings serving at-risk youth, as well as in early intervention programs for children ages 2–4. Dr. Paullin also gained clinical experience in environments specializing in intentional violence and in school-based therapeutic services.
Dr. Kati Cooke, Ph.D

Doctorate of Philosophy

Dr. Kati Cooke earned a Ph.D. in Combined Counseling and School Psychology from Northern Arizona University. Before pursuing her doctorate, she received a Master’s degree in Teaching and spent five years as a high school teacher. She completed her clinical training in interdisciplinary settings across Arizona and Illinois, working with individuals and families across the lifespan in both therapy and neuropsychological assessment. Her work has focused on neurodevelopmental, trauma-related, mood, and personality disorders.
