Physical symptoms: Some mental health conditions such as anxiety can cause physical symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, or changes in sleep or appetite.
Substance abuse: Individuals struggling with mental health issues may turn to drugs or alcohol to cope which leads to a possibility of substance abuse problems.
Irritability: Some people struggling with mental health issues may become easily irritated to have a short fuse.

These symptoms may indicate a mental health issue but do not confirm a diagnosis. It’s also important to note that everyone is different and may experience mental health issues differently.
