Frank Levandowski, FNP-C, PMHNP-C is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience.
Before entering medicine, Frank proudly served eight years in the United States Air Force, giving him firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by service members and veterans.
His background allows him to provide care that is both clinically experienced and deeply informed by military culture.
