Therapy is a space to be heard, to understand yourself more clearly, and to build practical tools for whatever you are facing. Our licensed therapists offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for people looking to improve their mental health and overall well-being.

Whether you are working through something specific or simply feel ready for support, we are here to help you move forward at your own pace.

Finding the Right Therapist

The relationship between you and your therapist matters as much as the approach they use. Our team includes therapists with a range of expertise, and we take care to match you with the right person based on your goals, your availability, and what you are working through.

We start with a short intake conversation so we understand what you are looking for before we pair you with a therapist. If the fit is not right, tell us, and we will help you find someone who is.

Our Therapeutic Approaches

Depending on what you are working through, our therapists draw on a range of evidence-based approaches:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
EMDR for trauma
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Individual therapy
Couples and family therapy

If you are not sure which approach is right for you, that is okay. We will figure it out together.

Consistent space to reflect, build skills, and track your progress at a pace that feels right.
In Person or Virtual

Therapy Is Often One Part of the Picture

For some people therapy is the whole plan. For others it works best alongside medication, or alongside care for a neurological condition that is affecting mood and sleep. Whichever it turns out to be, it is handled here rather than referred out.

Trained in specific approaches
Our therapists are licensed clinicians trained in particular evidence based methods, rather than applying one approach to everyone.
Prescribers down the hall
If medication becomes part of your plan, your prescriber is in the same practice and can talk with your therapist directly.
In person or by video
Sessions are available in our offices and, for eligible patients, by telehealth from home.
